Sr. Marketing Manager - Oncology

Accountabilities

- Brand Strategy Implementation: Execute the brand strategy by designing and delivering impactful tactics for healthcare professionals.
- Asset Development: Create derivative materials from the CVA, incorporating key messages grounded in scientific evidence and market research, with a Digital First approach.
- Tactical Execution: Implement robust tactical plans for NPP activities and digital initiatives, maximizing stakeholder reach.
- Sales Rep Training: Develop training workshops to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Feedback Integration: Capture and incorporate feedback from brand and field teams to refine asset development and execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing teams to share best practices and foster innovation through AI initiatives.
- Budget & KPI Management: Oversee budget management and KPI tracking in partnership with the Agency of Record.
- Project Leadership & Influence: Lead project teams and exercise strong influencing skills across cross-functional teams.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience, marketing preferred.
- Launch Experience: Demonstrated experience in launching pharmaceutical products, particularly Oncology with breast and lung experience preferred.
- Marketing Excellence: Experience in market-focused roles, including leadership of agency partners to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of leading and delivering marketing projects that generate measurable customer impact within pharmaceutical environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated expertise in NPP and personal promotion activities, including external stakeholder management with healthcare professionals.

- Performance Track Record: Strong history of delivering high performance and results.

- Oncology Knowledge: Previous experience within oncology is highly desirable.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081 to $226,622. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
